Introduced as Council Bill 1624

Title

An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 5862, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Madison Street, in the City of Seattle, between the east margin of First Avenue and the west margin of Third Avenue, by constructing granite curbs along lines uniformly twenty-one (21) feet distant from and parallel to the center line of said street, and by paving the roadway, except that portion required to be maintained by reason of a street railway franchise, with sandstone blocks laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment", under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
