Title

An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 5510, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eighteenth Avenue and Eighteenth Avenue North, in the City of Seattle, from East Howell Street to East Mercer Street, by grading, parking and constructing sidewalks and crosswalks, and providing for the payment therefor in installments and establishing a fund for such payment by the levying and collection of special assessments upon the property benefited by the improvement, and providing for the issuance of bonds as authorized by an act of the legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An act relating to internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon the property benefited by local improvements, and declaring an emergency", approved March 9th, 1893, and under the provisions of ordinance number 3349, approved May 7th, 1894, as amended by ordinance number 3440, approved July 11th, 1894, and ordinance number 4492, approved March 5th, 1897, and the City Charter as now in force."
