Title

An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 4672, entitled, "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Madison Street, in the City of Seattle, from Boren Avenue to the most easterly line of Twenty-ninth Avenue North, by the construction along both side thereof a proper sidewalk, all necessary crosswalks, gutters and other appurtenances, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of immediate payment, and establishing a fund for such payment by an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29th, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8th, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5th, 1897, and the City Charter as now in force."
