Title

An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 4372, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Terry Avenue, and Virginia Street, in the City of Seattle, from Stewart Street to Eighth Avenue, by the construction of an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions along Terry Avenue from Stewart Street to Virginia Street, and along Virginia Street, from Terry Avenue to connection with the public main sewer at Eighth Avenue, with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, lampholes, ventilators, catch basins, and flushing tanks, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of immediate payment, and establishing a fund for such payment by an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29th, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8th, 1894, the City Charter now in force."
