Title

An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 4848, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue South, in the City of Seattle, from King Street to Dearborn Street, by replanking and residewalking the same, and by repairing the foundations thereof, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment", and establishing a Fund for such payment by an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the City Charter as now in force."
