Title

An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 4591, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fourth Avenue South in the City of Seattle, from Main Street to the south line of Jackson Street, by replanking the same and refilling such portions thereof as may be necessary, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment", and establishing a Fund for such payment by an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the City Charter as amended and now in force."
