Title

An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 5898, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-fourth Avenue South from a point Fifty (50) feet south of Dearborn Street to Day Street, Irving Street from a point two hundred and eighty (280) feet east of Twenty-fourth Avenue South to Twenty-fourth South and Day Street from Twenty-fourth Avenue South to Bradner Place, in the City of Seattle, by constructing along said portions of said avenue and streets an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions with all necessary manholes, openings, wyes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and by connection same with the main sewer crossing Day Street east of Twenty-sixth Avenue South, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency," approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
