Title

An Ordinance granting to Bruen and Best, the right, privilege and authority to improve Fifteenth Avenue North, from East Howe Street to East Boston Street, Fourteenth Avenue North, from East Howe Street to East Boston Street, and East Boston Street, from the East line of Bruen & Best's North Broadway Addition to the City of Seattle to the west line of said Addition, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and by constructing water mains therein, at their own proper cost and expense.
