Introduced as Council Bill 829

Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of Third Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from the north line of Yesler Way to the south line of Pike Street, as a public street and highway, over and across certain lots, blocks and parcels of land in said city, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefore, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose, and for an assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation and paying the costs of such proceedings, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict therewith.
