Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Jackson Street, from Fourth Avenue South to Sixth Avenue South; Fifth Avenue South, from Jackson Street to King Street; Sixth Avenue South, from Jackson Street to the center line of Weller Street; King Street from Fifth Avenue South to Sixth Avenue South, and the north half of Weller Street, from Sixth Avenue South to Maynard Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by piling, capping, planking and sidewalking the same, under Resolution No. 923, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," under provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
