Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of East Prospect Street, in the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway, over and across certain lands in the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 29, Township 25, North of Range 4, East W. M., and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose, and for an assessment on property specially benefited for the purpose of making such compensation.
