Title

An Ordinance establishing grades on Third Avenue and Third Avenue produced, from the north line of Pine Street to the south line of Virginia Street, and on Stewart Street, from the easterly line of Second Avenue to the westerly line of Fourth Avenue, and granting authority to the Washington Hotel and Improvement Company, and others, to excavate said portions of said streets and avenues at their own cost and expense, and repealing any and all ordinances in conflict herewith.
