Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-first Avenue South, in the City of Seattle, from Yesler Way to Washington Street, by grading the same, and by constructing concrete sidewalks, together with such curbs, gutters and crosswalks as may be necessary, in accordance with Resolution No. 885 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," under provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
