Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twentieth Avenue North, and Twentieth Avenue North, produced, from East Aloha Street to East Republican Street; Twenty-first Avenue North from East Aloha Street to East Thomas Street; Twenty-second Avenue North, from East Aloha Street to East Mercer Street; East Mercer Street from Twenty-second Avenue North to Twenty-first Avenue North, and East Thomas Street from Twenty-first Avenue North to Twentieth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all necessary, wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and other appurtenances in accordance with Resolution No. 813 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency," approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
