Title

An Ordinance changing and establishing the grades of Eastlake Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from Almy Street to Twelfth Avenue North, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary in the grading and regrading of said Eastlake Avenue, and approaches thereto, in conformity with such established grades, and in the construction of the necessary slopes and retaining walls for cuts and fills, upon the property abutting on said avenue, and providing for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the property taken or damaged by reason of such changes of grades, and the grading and regrading of said Eastlake Avenue and approaches thereto, in conformity with such established grades, and for an assessment upon the property specially benefited for the purpose of making such compensation, and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
