Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Alley in Block Sixty-five (65), A. A. Denny's Addition to the City of Seattle, (same being the alley between Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue, from Pike Street to Union Street), by grading the same, and by paving the same with vitrified brick, laid upon proper concrete foundation, in accordance with Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seattle, No. 539 and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
