Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Northlake Avenue, from First Avenue Northeast to Tenth Avenue Northeast; Corliss Avenue from Kilbourne Street to North Fortieth Street; Sunnyside Avenue from Railroad Avenue to North Forty-fifth Street; Eastern Avenue from Railroad Avenue to North Forty-fifth Street; First Avenue Northeast from Railroad Avenue to North Forty-second Street; Second Avenue Northeast from Railroad Avenue to East Forty-fifth Street, Thackery Place from East Forty-second Street to East Forty-fifth Street; Latona Avenue from Northlake Avenue to East Forty-fifth Street; Fourth Avenue Northeast from Northlake Avenue to East Forty-fifth Street; Fifth Avenue Northeast from Northlake Avenue to East Forty-fifth Street; Sixth Avenue, from a point one hundred and twenty (120) feet north of the north line of the right-of-way of the Northern Pacific Railway Company to East Forty-fifth Street; Seventh Avenue Northeast from Northlake Avenue to East Forty-fifth Street; Eighth Avenue Northeast from Northlake Avenue to East Forty-fifth Street; East Forty-second Street and North Forty-second Street from Seventh Avenue Northeast to Woodland Park Avenue; East Thirty-eighth Street form Tenth Avenue Northeast to Brooklyn Avenue and North Thirty-eighth Street from Corliss Avenue to Northlake Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same in accordance with Resolution of the City Council 403 of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency," approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
