Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Colorado Street, from Massachusetts Street to Atlantic Street, and Railroad Avenue, from Atlantic Street to Connecticut Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewer therein, together with a proper box outfall sewer on Connecticut Street, from Railroad Avenue to half tide, in accordance with Resolution No. 186 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," under provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
