Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirteenth Avenue from East Union Street to East Spring Street by grading and curbing the same and constructing concrete sidewalks, in accordance with Majority Petition therefor being File No. 24964 of the records of the City Comptroller of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," under provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
