Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fifteenth Avenue and Fifteenth Avenue North, from East Marion Street to the south line of Capitol Hill Addition; Sixteenth Avenue and Sixteenth Avenue North, from East Madison Street to the south line of Capitol Hill Addition; Seventeenth Avenue and Seventeenth Avenue North, from East Marion Street to the south line of Capitol Hill Addition, and East Madison Street, from Fourteenth Avenue to Seventeenth Avenue, by constructing a system of fire hydrants, together with such tees, crosses, and valves as will be necessary for the fire protection of said portions of said streets and avenues, in accordance with Resolution No. 135 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency," approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
