AN ORDINANCE relating to the Seattle-King County Department of Public Health authorizing the establishment of a surveillance and education program for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS); establishing new positions; increasing an expenditure allowance in the 1983 Budget of the Department, making an appropriation from the Emergency Fund; and declaring the emergency therefor.
