Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 21st Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from Yesler Way to East Jefferson Street, by constructing concrete sidewalks, with wooden curbs, gutters, and cross walks, together with such bulkheads as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 80 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefore, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
