Introduced as Council Bill 351

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 33rd Avenue and 33rd Avenue produced, from East Columbia Street to Alexander Avenue; 34th Avenue and 34th Avenue produced, from East Marion Street to a point 30 feet south of the south line of Summit Park Supplemental Addition to the City of Seattle; 35th Avenue, from East Cherry Street to East James Street; East James Street, from 35th Avenue to 34th Avenue; Alexander Avenue, from 33rd Avenue to 32nd Avenue; also across private property described as follows: beginning at the center of 34th Avenue produced at a point where 330 feet south of the south line of East James Street; thence west along a line parallel to and 330 feet distant from the south line of East James Street to the center line of 33rd Avenue; all in the City of Seattle by constructing a sewer of proper dimensions, all in accordance with Resolution No. 82 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefore, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
