Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Roy Street from 3rd Avenue West to 6th Avenue West; Prospect Street, from 3rd Avenue West to Olympic Place; Kinnear Place, from 3rd Avenue West to Prospect Street; 3rd Avenue West from Prospect Street to Thomas Street; 4th Avenue West, from Roy Street to Harrison Street; 5th Avenue West, from Roy Street to Republican Street; and 8th Avenue West, from Galer Street to Prospect Street, by laying water mains of proper dimensions and materials in said portions of said streets, avenues and places all in accordance with Resolution No. 33 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefore, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
