by adoption of Ordinance 109438 establishing the Master Use Permit process, the transfer of certain functions of the Hearing Examiner and the Director of Engineering to the Director of Construction and Land Use, the change in title of the Superintendent
of Buildings to Director of Construction and Land Use and of the City Engineer to Director of Engineering to conform the SEPA Ordinance notice and draft EIS public hearing requirements to the Master Use Permit Ordinance, and repealing Section 4 of
Ordinance 95776 (Section 15.74.040, Seattle Municipal Code.)
