Introduced as Council Bill 261

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East Union Street from Broadway to 11th Avenue, and 11th Avenue, from East Union Street to East Madison Street, by grading the same, and by constructing concrete sidewalks on both sides thereof, all in accordance with Resolution No. 49 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefore, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
