AN ORDINANCE relating to the Engineering Department; authorizing the Director of Engineering to hire consultants and to appraise, negotiate for and acquire certain property and easements for sewer purposes for construction of interceptor sewer lines along the north shore of Lake Washington from Kenmore to Matthews Beach (Kenmore Interceptor Sewer Project) and providing for payment.
