Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Boston Street, from Queen Anne Avenue to 3rd Avenue West; Crockett Street from Queen Anne Avenue to 6th Avenue West; 1st Avenue West from Howe Street to McGraw Street; 2nd Avenue West from Howe Street to McGraw Street; 3rd Avenue West from Howe Street to McGraw Street; 4th Avenue West from Howe Street to McGraw Street; and 5th Avenue West from Howe Street to McGraw Street; by grading and curbing the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 36 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
