Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 10th Avenue North from East Prospect Street to Roanoke Street, in the City of Seattle by grading the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 23747 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefore, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
