Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 6th Avenue Northwest in the City of Seattle from Garfield Street to Highland Drive, by constructing an ironstone sewer of proper dimensions, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, catch basins and other necessary appurtenances,, all in accordance with Resolution No. 37 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefore, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
