Introduced as Council Bill 171

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley between 10th Avenue West and 11th Avenue West, from a point 120 feet south of Blaine Street to Galer Street, by constructing sewers, all in accordance with Resolution No. 9 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefore, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
