Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Bell Street, in the City of Seattle from 7th Avenue to Denny Way, by grading the same and constructing wooden curbs, gutters and cross walks, and also by constructing side walks, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 23746 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefore, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
