AN ORDINANCE establishing policies governing the Seattle Police Department in collecting, receiving, and transmitting information; establishing procedures, controls, and prohibiting on the collection and use of particular types of information; regulating and forbidding certain Police Operations; establishing the powers of a criminal intelligence section and its personnel; and providing enforcement procedures, administrative penalties, and civil remedies.
