AN ORDINANCE relating to the City's Community Development Block Grant Program for the Grant Program year January 1, 1979 through December 31, 1979; accepting financial assistance from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development; authorizing implementation of certain projects by the Department of Buildings, Department of Community Development, Department of Engineering, Executive Department, Department of Human Resources, Department of Parks and Recreation, Department of Public Health, and Seattle Public Library; establishing a subaccount in the Housing and Community Development Revenue Sharing Fund to facilitate operation of the Downtown Housing Support Program; and creating a position in the Department of Human Resources.
