Introduced as Council Bill 3071

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Railroad Avenue from the south line of University Street to the south line of Massachusetts Street; 1st Avenue South between Atlantic Street and Stacy Street; Colorado Street, from Railroad Avenue to the south line of Holgate Street; and south 50 feet of King Street between Railroad Avenue and 1st Avenue South; Railroad Way from Railroad Avenue to 1st Avenue South; and Massachusetts Street from Colorado Street to 1st Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, as one connected improvement by planking and sidewalking the same upon proper foundation, and unless otherwise expressed to the full width thereof, all in accordance with Resolution No. 971 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
