Title

AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of 58th Ave. S.W. from approximately 160 feet north of S.W. Andover St. to approximately 290 feet south of S.W. Orleans St.; and certain other streets, avenue and easements; by constructing sanitary sewers and otherwise improving the same; and conducting preliminary right of way activities; all in accordance with Resolution No. 25280 of the City Council of the City of Seattle creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of installment notes.
