Title

AN ORDINANCE providing for the laying off, opening, widening and establishing of a portion of South Myrtle Street and 42nd Avenue South at their junction, all as a part of the "40th AVENUE SOUTH, et al, PAVING" project under Local Improvement District 6617; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property for the establishing of grades and for the grading and regrading of the above described portion of said street and avenue in conformity with the grades established herein; providing for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said street and avenue; and providing payment therefor.
