AN ORDINANCE relating to the Engineering Department; making a partially reimbursable appropriation from the Arterial Development Fund for the preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates in connection with the implemenation of Central Business District (CBD) Exclusive Transit Lanes as contemplated by Resolution 24491, and ratifying and confirming application for financial assistance under the Federal Aid "M" Program in connection therewith.
