AN ORDINANCE providing for the laying off, opening, widening and establishing of 16th AVENUE SOUTHWEST from its intersection with the center line of Southwest Findlay Street to its intersection with the center line of Southwest Kenyon Street; and SOUTHWEST AUSTIN STREET at the intersection thereof with 16th Avenue Southwest; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for cut and fill slopes and construction and maintenance of rock retaining walls; and providing payment therefor.
