Title

AN ORDINANCE referring to the voters at a special municipal election to be held in Seattle on February 6, 1973 a referendum proposition, subject to the voting requirements of Article VII, Section 2 of the State Constitution to utilize unspent and unallocated proceeds remaining from time to time in the Seattle General Street Improvement Bonds 1960 Fund as authorized by Ordinance 88825, approved by the voters on March 8, 1960, for the purpose of making certain bridge and retaining wall improvements within the City, and calling for an election and providing for the certification of such referendum proposition and prescribing the ballot title.
