AN ORDINANCE relating to the Engineering Department; authorizing the preparation of plans, specifications, estimates and appraisals for the construction of South Connecticut Street from Alaskan Way South to Airport Way South and for the revision and installation of signals, signing, landscaping, drainage, curbs, sidewalks and lighting on the existing portion of South Connecticut Street and 7th Avenue South from Airport Way South to South Dearborn Street and making a reimbursable appropriation from the Arterial City Street Fund therefor.
