Title

AN ORDINANCE relating to the Engineering Department; authorizing improvement of Aurora Avenue by the construction of a median barrier project in three units as part of the Urban Traffic Operations Program to Increase Capacity and Safety (TOPICS); authorizing execution of certain agreements providing (1) City reimbursement to the State of Washington for its costs in reviewing plans, specifications and estimates, and (2) partial State and Federal reimbursement to the City for accomplishment of such project and making a partially reimbursable appropriation from the Arterial Development Fund therefor.
