Title

An ordinance providing for the widening and establishing of Roy Street and East Roy Street, in the City of Seattle, from Bellevue Avenue North to North Broadway, over and across all the lands lying south of a line parallel with and 40 feet north of the south line of said Roy Street and East Roy Street; as now existing and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose and for an assessment upon the property benefited and for the purpose of making such compensation.
