AN ORDINANCE providing for the laying off, opening, widening and establishing of portions of 25th Avenue Southwest between Southwest Barton Street and a point approximately 20 feet north of Southwest Trenton Street all as a part of the "SOUTHWEST TRENTON STREET, ET AL, PAVING, ETC." Project; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, including property or property rights necessary for cut and fill slopes on certain abutting properties; and providing for payment therefor.
