AN ORDINANCE referring to the voters at a special municipal election to be held in Seattle on February 8, 1972 a referendum proposition to proceed with acquisition of land for and construction of the Bay Freeway Project as contemplated by Ordinance 99377; to pay part of the cost from the Seattle General Street Improvement Bonds 1960 Fund authorized by Ordinance 88825 and approved by the voters on March 8, 1960; calling for such an election and providing for the certification of such referendum proposition and prescribing the ballot title.
