AN ORDINANCE relating to Hearing Examiner filing fees; amending Section 3.02.125 of the Seattle Municipal Code to add exceptions for cases brought to enforce Chapter 14.07 (All Gender Single Occupant Restroom Requirements), Chapter 6.500 (Marijuana
Business Regulations), Chapter 14.19 (Minimum Wage Ordinance), and Chapter 14.20 (Wage Theft Ordinance).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection 3.02.125.A of the Seattle Municipal Code, which section was last amended by Ordinance 124736, is amended as follows:
3.02.125 Hearing Examiner filing fees
A. The filing fee for a case before the City Hearing Examiner is $85.00, with the following exceptions:

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its approval by the Mayor, but if not approved and returned by the Mayor within ten days after presentation, it shall take effect as provided by Seattle Municipal Code Section
1.04.020.
