AN ORDINANCE adopting the findings of the Committee of the Whole made following a public hearing pursuant to Resolution 22438 and in connection therewith ordering the designation of certain portions of Roy Street, Mercer Street, 5th Avenue North, Taylor Avenue North, 6th Avenue North, 8th Avenue North, 9th Avenue North, Broad Street, Harrison Street, Republican Street, Valley Street, Boren Avenue North, Aloha Street, Ward Street, Aurora Avenue North, Dexter Avenue North, Minor Avenue North, Westlake Avenue North, Yale Avenue North, Terry Avenue North, Fairview Avenue North, the alleys in Blocks 47, 48, 49 and 50, Replat of Blocks 44 to 53 inclusive, Mercer's 2nd Addition to North Seattle, alley in Block 71, D. T. Denny's Park Addition to North Seattle, alley in Block 3, Eden Addition, alley in Block 74, D. R. Denny's Home Addition, alley in Blocks 80 and 82, Lake Union Shore Lands, alleys in Blocks 105 and 106, D. T. Denny's 1st Addition to North Seattle, and the alley in Block 6, Supplemental Plat of D. T. Denny's 2nd Addition to North Seattle, and all or certain portions of the real property abutting upon each such street or alley as part of a limited access highway facility.
