Title

An ordinance relating to war time control of illumination in the City under Public Proclamation No. 10 of the Commander, Headquarters Western Defense Command and Fourth Army; providing for aid to the Federal Government in the enforcement thereof by defining offenses and prescribing penalties; abolishing the positions created by Ordinance No. 71817 and repealing said ordinance; providing for transfers and refunds from the "Blackout Lighting Fund" created by said ordinance; abolishing said Fund and declaring an emergency.
